Last updated 14 October 2026. Beiti Group Inc., Ontario, Canada.
Beiti holds your name, your email, the properties you ask about, and what you upload about them. It does not sell any of it, does not use it to train models, and does not share it with anyone except the services it needs to run. Ask and Beiti will show you everything it holds about you, or delete it.
To produce and maintain the Viewport you asked for, to tell you when something changes about a property you are monitoring, to keep your account secure, and to understand whether the product works well enough to keep building. That is the whole list.
Beiti runs on services that necessarily touch your data: a Canadian or US cloud host for the application and its database, an email provider for the messages Beiti sends you, and Anthropic's API for the language model that reads documents and drafts findings. Each is bound by its own terms to process data on Beiti's instructions only.
Your uploads and property files are not used to train anyone's model.
Beiti does not sell personal information, and does not share it with other clients. The public records Beiti reads were already public before Beiti read them.
Data is held on managed cloud infrastructure, which may be in Canada or the United States. It is kept while your account is open, and for a short period afterwards so an account closed by mistake can be restored.
Ask for deletion and Beiti will delete your account, your uploads and your property files. Records Beiti must keep for its own legal or accounting reasons are the exception, and Beiti will tell you what they are.
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what Beiti holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Write and ask; there is no form and no fee.
If you are not satisfied with Beiti's answer you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, Beiti will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
